is no additonal charge for our Paris hotel and ground
transportation services; we are compensated on the same basis as a
travel
agency. However -- unlike a travel agency -- we
pre-book large
blocks of rooms at selected hotels well in advance of show
dates,
ensuring our clients of a wide choice of accommodation. And -- unlike
a
travel agency -- we provide on-site, multi-lingual staff to handle those
inevitable last-minute changes and cancellations. For
some tradeshows,
penalties could be as much as the cost of the entire booking!
